How often should I clean my windows?
In sunny south Florida, it's generally recommended to clean your windows at least twice a year to prevent grime buildup and ensure clear views of the tropical paradise we live in. However, some people prefer consistently clear views and have them cleaned more often. If you often entertain friends and family or live in a dusty or coastal area, you might need to clean windows more frequently.
How often should I have my house soft washed?
In South Florida's tropical and humid climate, soft washing your house is generally recommended every year to maintain its appearance and prevent dirt, mold, and mildew buildup. If you live in a dusty, polluted, or coastal area, you might need to clean your house more often to keep it looking pristine.
Does cleaning my property add to it's value?
Curb appeal absolutely impacts your home's price! A thorough washing of the exterior of your home can add up to $15,000 to the sale price, according to the National Association of Realtors. It is highly recommended that anyone looking to sell, rent, or just maintain their property do so to maximize its value.
How long does it take to complete?
Each job is unique. The time it takes to complete is dependent on many factors, such as the number of services, the number of items to clean, the type of surfaces cleaned, the size of the surfaces, and the amount of buildup. Rest assured that our technicians will work on your property until they deliver the best results possible. Read on for some more precise estimates.
How do you know the size of my property for your quote?
Our experts ask a few questions and measure your property using state-of-the-art satellite measuring technology and property records. This gives us precise square footage so that we can provide the most accurate quote possible.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
For your convenience, you do not need to be home for many of our services. However, some services, such as interior windows, require access to your home's interior. If we are pressure cleaning for you, we do ask that you close all of your windows and doors on your service date and provide access to a working water spigot.
What are water fed poles and deionized water?
Water fed poles, when properly used with deionized water for exterior window cleaning, provide an unmatched streak-free, efficient, and environmentally friendly solution by removing organic impurities such as dirt, dust, mold, pollen, bugs, bird droppings, and minerals that can cause stains. We produce deionized water by filtering your hose water through our pure water system that uses carbon, chloramine (chlorine), reverse osmosis, and deionizing resin filters to produce deionized water, which is free of all minerals and impurities. This prevents the formation of water spots and streaks as your windows dry!

How long to clean a roof?
A professional roof cleaning typically takes between 2 to 5 hours for an average residential roof, but size, condition, and cleaning method used can increase the time.
How long to soft wash a house?
It all depends on the size of the house, type of siding, level of dirt, mold, algae accumulation, and complexity of architectural accents.
A simple single-story home with vinyl siding that has moderate dirt accumulation and some patches of green algae on the north side might take around 2-3 hours to soft wash. Additional time may be needed to address the algae patches, maybe adding an additional hour to the process.

A two-story stucco siding home with sections of mildew growth in shaded areas, as well as some dirt and grime on the trim, typically takes longer due to the additional surface area, porous material, and height. With the presence of dirt and mildew, it could take anywhere from 4-6 hours to soft wash before it is completely cleaned.

A two-story cedar shake siding home that has accumulated a large amount of dirt, algae, and moss growth from high humidity will take longer to soft wash properly. Cedar shake siding requires extra care to prevent damage and additional time to address significant growth. The condition of the siding and the need for a thorough cleaning means that it could take approximately 6-8 hours or even longer to achieve the desired results.
